Minesweeper Rewind itself is a single-player puzzle game with no user accounts and no sign-up.
The app does not ask you for your name, email, address, phone number, or any other contact information.

If you sign in to Apple's Game Center, your Game Center nickname and
score are submitted to Apple's Game Center service so they can appear on
public leaderboards and your achievement progress is preserved. Apple — not
